Piggy wants to show Ducky how much fun he is having playing together, but his pacifier gets in the way of his smile. After he drops his second pacifier to the ground, Piggy is worried, but decides to play without it anyway – learning how little he really needs it.
Piggy and Ducky are very cute and so is the story. However, it is pedantic in tone – I’d have to see being used with actual toddlers who still use pacifiers to know whether it is effective or not. While it might be good for a one-off, it is not a re-readable for a personal collection.
