Of course you have heard of a triceratops.  But have you heard of the Microceratus?  It is a small horned dinosaur that walks on two legs.  You will learn this and more in Dinosaurs Can Be Small. 

Lunde presents a large well-known dinosaur species and then introduces a small version of that dinosaur that is less well-known.  

Fascinating! This book was delightful!  I think students will enjoy learning about these small dinosaurs.  I like how the book first shows a dinosaur that is familiar and then introduces an unfamiliar one.  Text is minimal and the pictures are slightly cartoonish.
