This book has no words, but the beautiful illustrations tell an eloquent tale of friendship, companionship and kindness. I will pull this book out again and again and enjoy the quiet kindness of the farmer, the friendship that spans generations and the kindness of the farmer. It put a smile on my heart, as I am sure it will on your heart, too. This one is a treasure for sure. I highly recommend this book.
