She figures out a way to get out of trouble on her own and makes some surprising friends in the course of her adventures. LillyBelle is spunky and brave. She is a problem solver and a doer. 

The book is beautifully illustrated and the vibrant illustrations help make the story come to life. It is a fun read, all the way to the surprising ending.
