Boo is small and cute; not what is expected of a ghost. She struggles to get her haunting license because she is just too cute. The ghost committee gives her one last chance to scare a family. Boo tries everything she can think of but to no avail. Until she sees a baby and decides she can scare him, but she can only make him laugh. The parents become frightened when they can’t figure out what the baby is laughing about. The committee decides to grant her a license of haunting. Boo finds her place in life.
