It was Kipekee's first day at school. She was solid brown with no spots and a long neck.. There were so many other animals that she had never seen before and she didn't know what class she fit in. Hanna Hippo, Aza Aardvark, and Pia Panda decided to help her find the right class. She tried the camel class, the llama class, and some others. Will she ever find the right class for her?
The Spotless Giraffe teaches children about important relationships with peers, and the value of difference, and looking beyond what people look like. I was very entertained by Hawkins adorable illustrations.
