Flora and Will are not only siblings, they are great playmates.  Often times as Will is deep in his imaginative adventures of fighting aliens or distracting dragons from a treasure, Flora is simply sitting at the base of her tree house drawing.  Flora has a very special tree house that is her own private domain.  The entrance to the tree house has a sign that states, “No Wills Allowed”! But one day Will’s curiosity gets the best of him and he climbs the ladder to the tree house and enters her treasure trove of illustrations.  Will is shocked and delighted to see that Flora has drawn so many of his imaginative adventures! As they walk down memory lane together their friendship and love increases.  The story ends with the two of them wearing pots and pans as headgear and sticks for swords while playtime continues and another adventure begins.

Flora's Tree House is a tender story of how siblings are often times independent of each other and other times best of friends.  Will is adventurous.  Flora is artistic.  But their two worlds come together in this sentimental and sweet tale.  We loved the story.  We loved the illustrations.  We loved the adventures!  Readers will delight in reading this story again and again.
