Nancy loved the library so much, she would talk books with the school librarian and spent Saturdays in the public library. Alright - I love Nancy Pearl - I have all her action figures, and so I was thrilled to see this darling biography! And, I discovered, it's not just for the bookish kids, Library Girl is for any child who needs a boost of self confidence. With sweet, magical illustrations, Library Girl could easily become a favorite. AJ liked the fun illustrations (Nancy calls her bicycle Charger and imagines it is a horse).
