Bob, the very lazy alligator hits upon a great idea tht he thinks will keep him fed and also make him rich. As Bob gets to know the birds that “flock” around him, he starts having second thoughts.

While the illustrations are pretty rudimentary, I think little ones will wait in suspense, wondering if Bob is going to eat the birds or not.
