Elephant, Kangaroo and Chimp escape the Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem to find out what Passover is all about. Elephant and Kanga get the words all wrong, but Chimp corrects them every time. They learn about the ten plagues and about Moses. They finally get to Shmulik's house (the zoo keeper) and he is happy to welcome his friends.

A cute story about Passover that is very appropriate for younger children. They will enjoy the fun illustrations and how the animals got the words wrong. is a feel-good story.. I also enjoyed the informative back matter.
